Description
The CU-410 is a decade capacitance box well suited to educational and R&D uses and an essential device for filter experiments. An accuracy of above 1% over a wide frequency range is achieved, and for the low capacitance ranges from 100pF to 0.01µF silvered mica capacitors are used to minimise the dissipation factor. The rotary switches used have extremely low losses and any stray capacitance in the box is minimised to improve the measurement accuracy.
