1. What do we do here at Flite Electronics International Limited?

Generally we design, manufacture, supply and install complete scientific training laboratories overseas and in the UK.

2. Can I order a one off piece of equipment?

Yes, however please note:  On our 'Test & Measurement' section, we may have a minimum quantity or value and do not normally stock this equipment.

3. I called but got through to an answering machine, what do I do?

Sorry. This is frustrating if you want a quick answer. We are here, but working on another customers project. It is advisable to send your enquiry in an e-mail, as telephone communication can be inefficient. Please leave a message with your establishment's name, your phone number and your enquiry. We monitor this regularly and aim to get back to you, as soon as possible.

4. My e-mail enquiry was not answered?

This is because it may have been viewed as Spam, as it wasn’t a credible e-mail. Please see ‘Contact Us’ section.

5. What countries do you supply?

We are a world-wide supplier of microprocessor and electronics training equipment, and have agents in most countries.

6. How do I get a quotation as soon as possible?

We receive a large number of quotation requests. These are viewed on individual merit based on the information given to us.  Often, we cannot deal with all the requests.

7. What information do you need from me when I’m obtaining a quotation?

To action your request promptly we require the full details of the project, preferably with the following information:-

• Company Website
• Company Address

1. Full trading company name
2. Country of registration
3. Company number
4. Registered Office

8. What is the estimated delivery time on orders?

Depends on the size of the order and type of product. Our Micro-trainers are usually ex-stock. Generally, our delivery times  6-8 weeks. Orders and Projects containing non-proprietary items may take longer.
