Description
The GSP-810 is a digitally synthesised, easy to use spectrum analyser with a frequency range of over 1GHz. It uses state-of-the-art design for a phase-locked RF system that combines measurement quality and performance with an affordable price.
The GSP-810 is designed for rugged use as well, with one Watt input protection. The compact size and light weight of the unit makes it easy to carry and stow. Operation of the GSP-810 is easy with all primary controls accessible by single-press push buttons. A spinner knob also helps making selections simple and fast.
The GSP-810 is supplied with an RS-232 interface and Windows-based software as standard, allowing display of the spectrum on the PC with options to save to disk and print. Options include a 1GHz tracking generator, a 2.7GHz RF power meter, an AM/FM demodulator and extended function software. These functions combine to make the GSP-810 an affordable, expandable, high-quality instrument to fit all your spectrum analysis needs.
Performance
Frequency stability (±10PPM): With digital phase locked technique, the GSP-810 provides a high frequency stability to ensure drift-free frequency display.
Frequency resolution (1kHz, span:2kHz/Div and RBW:3kHz): The GSP-810 enables narrow band signals to be caught and offers a detailed view of the modulation signal.
Noise floor (-95dBm @ 30kHz RBW, -100dBm typical): With this noise floor, the GSP-810 can catch signal levels as low as -100dBm.
Wide input power range (-100dBm ~ +20dBm): The GSP-810 offers wide dynamic range from -100dBm to 20dBm.
High power protection (up to +30dBm): To prevent damage caused by accidental high power input, the GSP-810 offers a safety input range of up to 1 Watt.
User-Friendliness
Display information: All relevant data can be read including span, RBW, frequency (relative and absolute) and amplitude (relative and absolute) on the same LCD display.
Dual markers: Two markers facilitate measurement and provide relative or absolute values from the LCD readings.
Search for peak and peak to center: Catch the next right peak signal and move it to the center at the push of two buttons.
Hold, max hold, average, numeric entry, set-up memory: All functions are designed to facilitate measurement.
RS-232 interface and Windows-based software: Allow the trace to be sent to a PC.
